This is the Nettie Clutch wallet. It features 12 card slots, a zippered pocket, and two cash slots that can also fit a cell phone. It has a magnetic snap closure and a detachable wrist strap. This one is made in pearl gloss faux leather for the main body and a tan, cream and pink snakeskin faux leather for the flap and the strap. The lining is a cream, gray and lavender swirl pattern. Custom duffles! I used the Dallas duffle by Swoon Patterns for these bag and they are huge. They feature a slip pocket on each end, double grab handles and an adjustable shoulder strap.

New job, new bag, of course!

This is a satchel style handbag, made in black ostrich faux leather with a colorful cotton lining. I opted for a magnetic snap closure instead of a zipper. The sides feature magnetic snaps to streamline the bag’s silhouette. I used rainbow rectangle rings and silver bag feet. In the lining, I added a double slip/cell phone pocket and a zipper pocket and wider slip pocket, both trimmed in the same black faux leather. This is a plain but sophisticated handbag.

New job, new bag, of course!

Since I started a new job yesterday, I figured that I’d treat myself to a new bag. I used the Becky Bag pattern by TobiStylx, enlarged to 125%, and made a few changes. Instead of adding the design panel and rolled handles, I did handles w/handle connectors. I omitted the zipper and added a magnetic snap to the center. I also added a contrasting trim to the top of the lining and backed it with Decovil Light to give the magnetic snap some added support. I used a black ostrich vinyl from Bo Dee-Oh! for the exterior and a colorful cotton print from JoAnn’s for the lining. In the lining, I added a double slip/cell phone pocket and a zipper pocket and wider slip pocket, both trimmed in the same black faux leather. This is a plain but sophisticated handbag.

New handbag alert! This came out so darling! This is the Hinterland handbag by Lavender & Twine patterns and this is such a wonderful pattern! It’s a handbag that’s a bit on the smaller side that features a very unique slouchy shape. It has shaped connectors and gives options for a short handle and a crossbody strap. The interior has a zippered divider that has a slip pocket on each side of the divider and has a magnetic snap on each side. The closure strap has a magnetic snap as well to help keep everything secure. I used a turquoise marine vinyl from Fabric Wholesale Direct and a bright pink printed floral print from JoAnn Fabrics. All hardware is nickel. I’m in love with this bag and will absolutely be making more.

Y’all might be sicka me but 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣🤣🤣 This is called the Travel Light duffle, named so by the pattern designer because it’s sized to be the perfect carry-on. As someone who’s never flown, I can’t confirm if it IS, but it’s a good, workable size. It’s very simple, only featuring an outer zip pocket but I believe it would be easy enough to add more pockets. It has short grab handles and an adjustable shoulder strap. I used marine vinyl in rose gold for the outer, rose gold waterproof canvas for the lining, and rose gold hardware and rose seatbelt webbing for the straps.

Custom Bama duffel bag for my big brother, Wesley. Top half is Crimson Tide cotton, bottom half is black vinyl, inside is lined in waterproof canvas. It features a double zipper, two grab handles and an adjustable shoulder strap. There are slip pockets on each end. This is the large size, approximately 24” long, 10” high. Dropped it off to him today and he loved it!

I needed some new luggage, so I made some 😏 Made a large duffel bag in shades of rose gold with rose gold hardware. Also made a water cup sling to hold my water cup/bottle.
